The client needed to fill several experienced auditors and one senior IFRS specialist. Given the difficulty of pulling talent between consulting firms, this was a challenging task. Thanks to precise market knowledge and a strong argumentation package, we successfully approached more than 250 candidates and filled all key positions within two months.
We provided the complete recruitment process including communication with candidates, selling the position and selecting candidates suitable for presentation to the client.
Finding and persuading experienced auditors to move from one consulting firm to another – traditionally considered very challenging given their loyalty and professional commitments.
In collaboration with the client, we created an attractive position description and strong arguments for candidates. We then contacted over 250 professionals directly via phone, email and LinkedIn and qualified suitable candidates for audit and IFRS roles.
Within two months, we successfully hired 5 auditors and subsequently a senior IFRS specialist, thus covering all the client’s needs in the given region.
