A client from an international IT company was looking for an experienced IT Solutions Architect for their Prague branch. After an unsuccessful internal selection, they turned to SearchTeam. Within a few days, we contacted candidates from previous projects, supplemented the selection of online campaigns, and after careful screening, we recommended the client six most suitable profiles. One of them was hired and fit seamlessly into the team.
