IT Solutions Architect
Client: Our client was a German IT company that provides services to its clients in Germany and other European countries with a main focus on the energy sector. The client advertised the role but was not satisfied with the quality of the candidates.
Requirement: Our client needed a senior IT Solutions Architect who would have experience in IT Solutions Architecture, speak fluent English and be based in Prague.
Solution: SearchTeam contacted several candidates we knew from previous searches and also ran a LinkedIn campaign. We screened over a dozen candidates and selected 6 who would best meet clients' requirements. Our client ran 3 rounds of interviews and selected one candidate with whom we knew from previous searches.
Result: The client was positively surprised with the speed of the delivery of candidates and also the much better quality of the candidates than he received in the advertisement. He hired our candidate and as we were also in touch with the client in the first year we knew that he was satisfied with this candidate also within the first year of the collaboration.
SW and BI Engineers
Client: Our client is a London-based globally operating fintech company having part of its staff located in the UK and part outsourced in remote locations.
Requirement: The company needed to hire 6 Software Engineers and 2 Business Intelligence Engineers for remote outsourcing collaboration.
Solution: Our teams developed a long list of suitable candidates for each role based on their seniority, technical stack and other parameters. For each role, we have contacted hundreds of candidates as we knew our client is very selective in terms of the quality of staff and by this approach, we would be able to deliver the best quality.
Result: After 1 and 1/2 months we succeeded in successfully placing all 8 roles. After 1 year our client is still cooperating with all the candidates we have delivered. Since then our client has hired several other remote outsourced staff through our company for software engineering, data engineering and business intelligence roles.
SW Engineering Manager
Client: Our client is a UK rapidly growing and globally operating marketing technology company that provides its marketing platform and its services to business clients globally.
Requirement: For the London company headquarters we have to find an experienced SW Engineering Manager who would be leaving up to 20 remote software engineers.
Solution: As the company had most of its remote software engineering located in the Czech Republic we agreed with the CTO that the best location for the newly created role of the Software Engineering Manager will be located in the Czech Republic even as the role will be also remote. We have created a vast list of SW Engineering Managers who have experience in similar roles and speak fluent English.
Result: As this role was crucial for the company the client was very selective and in the end after over 15 presented candidates the company selected candidates who had experience from SW Engineering roles, had experience with a similar technical stack, had experience from international startup companies and was very good cultural fit. Within the first year of the employment of the new Manager, we got very positive feedback from the CTO and this Manager worked for many years in the company.
